About Steph Ladbrooke

Steph Ladbrooke is currently the Year 5 class teacher and the Literacy Co-ordinator at Pedmore CofE PrimarySchool.  She is passionate about children's learning and has a particular interest in:  literacy (including digital literacy), global citizenship, the environment, philosophy for children and enquiry/project based learning.

In September, Steph Ladbrooke received the Learning Technologist of the Year Award 2012.  In April she became a Google Certified Teacher.  In 2010 Steph received the Microsoft Innovative Teacher Award for Towards a Community of Enquiry a project about enquiry/project based learning.  This was also recognised through the RM Success Award.

Before becoming a teacher, Steph was Human Resources professional (Chartered IPD) specialising in coaching, mentoring, and management training.
